personal training means one thing above all: individual, personal guidance. each session is tailored to you your specific needs, your goals, and your current life situation. before we start, i take the time to explore what you really need – physically, mentally, and within the processes you’re currently moving through.

as a muay thai coach, athletic trainer, and experienced bodywork practitioner, i combine different approaches to create a holistic training experience. depending on your focus, we work on strength, technique, mobility, or presence – complemented by body awareness and breathwork. it’s not just about becoming more capable, but also about deepening your connection to your body and creating impulses that support you in your everyday life.

my personal training offers you a safe space where you can grow, arrive, and feel truly seen – session by session, step by step.

i am working with a three tier price model. you choose the price tier yourself – according to your current financial situation. no proof is required and you can choose again for each session.

personal training 1:1 60 minutes
tier 1 : 60-70 EUR
tier 2 : 70-90 EUR 
tier 3 : 90-100 EUR

shared session 2:1 60 minutes
tier 1 : 45-50 EUR
tier 2 : 50-60 EUR 
tier 3 : 65-70 EUR

orientation to choose your tier

tier 1 : if your financial resources are limited.
tier 2 : if your income is stable and the expense is not causing stress.
tier 3 : if you are financially secure and would like to contribute to the sustainability of my work and the access for others.

there are packages of 5 and 10 sessions available for personal training.
